A new study reveals that the intake of food with yellow dye can cause restlessness in students of all ages.
Foods that contain these yellow dyes are fast foods, including mustard and other condiments, some cereals and candies. This dye affects children with or without ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder).
In order for children to have the maximum learning power, good nutrition is a must and has been stressed by educators for years. This study is on one more proof of the importance of careful planning in children’s menus.
